Why would I want to pay to be a part of Wild West Jeeps?
There isn’t a single club out there doing what we are doing. We have made it a priority to acquire sponsors to help you save money not only on Jeep accessories, but also save you money in your everyday life. These sponsor discounts will be available only to Wild West Jeep Club members. You will easily be able to save more money using our sponsors than the cost of your annual membership dues. We will be offering a single membership which is $60.00/year, and a family membership for $80.00/year. The family membership will allow you and 3 people you designate to be a part of the club. With this new platform, we plan on having more activity based meets that would be free for our members, including movie nights, paintball, bowling, and more. If you take a family of 4 bowling, rent shoes, and have dinner, you can easily spend $80. Well, At this meet, guess what? You just saved the cost of your entire annual membership. At the end of the year, whatever money is left over from annual membership dues will be split up amongst our charities. Your dues are only used to fund mall crawls and social meets, which are fundraising events. This of course, is all in addition to the awesome memories we will create out on the trails, doing what we do best - Jeeping!
What happens after I submit my application?
We will review the information you provided. If you meet the criteria for membership, we will approve your application and you will receive an email with further information.
When do I need to send my dues payments?
Initial dues payments must be received within 3 days of your membership begin date (the date your application is approved). When this happens, your membership is considered current for the next 365 days. You'll receive a reminder email 30 days before your membership is due for renewal.
How many people does the Family Membership cover?
Member benefits are extended to up to 4 people under a Family Membership. That means the primary member plus 3 additional people.
If I have an Individual Membership, can I still bring a friend to member only events?
Yes you can. However, that person will need to purchase their own food/drinks at the event. Additionally, sponsor discounts/special offers and raffle entries may not be available to them.
If I start with an Individual Membership, and then acquire a family, can I upgrade? What about downgrading?
At the moment, we do not have a self-serve method for changing membership types. Please get in touch with us if you'd like to have your membership changed.
How many Jeeps can my family bring to events?
There is no limit to the number of Jeeps you may bring. With that said, some of our event locations have limited parking and space for vehicles so we ask that our members and participants be reasonable with the amount of space they take.
Can I cancel my membership?
You can, but we don't offer a prorated refund. Please contact us if you would like to cancel.
